Returns Policy:

Book Point LLC accepts returns only if the following conditions are present

  • The disputed item was not included in the order.
  • There was a production imperfection in the ordered product. This includes misprinting or unpublished pages etc.

All such items need to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order and are subject to inspection by the Book Point Team. The inspection requires the client to provide pictures of the books and the state of issue to analyze and get approved. If approved, the company proceeds towards sending a replacement book or in case the book is not available in-store , the amount equivalent for the product will be credited to the client’s Book Point account and can be utilized in future until a period of 6 months.

Any claims which do not meet the criterion above will not be entertained.

Replacements / Refunds

The customer reserves the right to demand replacement/refund for incorrect item (s). For replacement, the product will be delivered free of charge to the customer.

If a refund is claimed, it shall be credited to the customer’s Book Point account on the website and can be utilized on the next purchase until a period of 6 months.


You can cancel your order only if it is still in process and has not been dispatched. To cancel an order, please visit and click ‘Cancel’ button in the Order Status.

If in case, the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Any 2 order cancellations detected by the customer shall result in discontinuation of the account and will not be able to make further orders.
